controller will not charge

I have a DJI phantom 3 pro drone. It has less than ten hours and the controller will not take a charge. I plug it in, I get two blinking lights on the bottom front. Ten minutes later the lights go out and the controller does not charge.

I sent it to DJI and they want over $200 to replace a board?

any help would be very much appreicated
