My touchpad and options button are a bit broken

Recenty, some familly members came over for father’s day to play some fifa, one of them went to get something to drink from the fridge and dropped my only controller (that he borrowed) on accident, the next day I tried playing with the controller and it had some wierd problems, when I press down the touchpad the touchpad it makes a snap sound, then the options button has also had some wierd problems, it gives me a hard time pressing it down, it looks like it is stuck and can bareley move.
