Idle bouncing when starting after warm

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GTS 6G72 5speed.

when starting from cold it’s perfectly fine. But after I have been driving around for a while and say I stop at a store, when I get back in the car and start it, the idle bounces around for a few minutes. Usually bouncing between 500rpm and 1000rpm. Though sometimes it will drop lower and die. This happens every time I start it while the engine is warm and never from a cold start. And after 5 minutes or so it will seam to find itself and then it’s perfectly fine.

I have replaced the fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, distributor cap, distributor rotor, spark plug wires, spark plugs, All O2 sensors, and air filter.

So im at a loss to what could be causing the idle issue when starting while the engine is warm. Any ideas?
