Will it still be waterproof after you replace the screen
If I fix the screen myself will the watch still be waterproof.

After a screen replacement on Apple Watches, no matter the generation the gasket between the screen and housing will be compromised. Unfortunately even with a new replacement with the proper tools and equipment it is impossible to ensure the watch has been completely sealed to avoid penetration. Apple themselves know this and that is why when they do it they’ll give you either a new watch or a refurbished one.

it will most likely not be waterproof anymore as you removed the water resistant adhesive.
