What should I do? Error 3004

Its been like a year for me since I opened my iPhone 5s so I kind of forgot the passcode for it. I already exceeded my limit on chances of guessing the passcode so it said “Connect to iTunes” so I did. I tried DFU-ing it and restoring it since its good as dead now.

But when i tried updating and restoring it, as soo as it reaches the end it suddenly errors (also the serial number is cannot be read. Idk why though.):

I didn’t really do any jailbreak on it so I’m in a dilemma. Can anybody teach me how to do it? I would do the best I can to fix it myself before going to a phone repair. Thanks.
