Why is my screen like this and how can I fix it?
I have no idea how this happened but I opened my Mac and suddenly my screen had coloured stripes. plzz help, I use this computer for school!?
The switching transistors imbedded within the LCD screen are failing (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPS_panel|IPS panel)]. Basically, the lines which control the column are leaking current as the color lines fade. You also have a roll-over condition where the bottom part of the image is placed at the top that’s the stuff between the displays edge and the menu bar.
I’m suspecting you have two issues here: The system may have had a liquid spill at some point which has damaged the LVDS cable and its connector on the logic board. You also have a damaged screen which was caused by a bang or something heavy was placed on it.
As we don’t know which model you have I can’t offer information on the needed parts.
这个答案有帮助吗?
Unfortunately not, this screen is physically broken inside. You would need to replace the whole screen.
