Ps4 takes forever to turn on, also games with discs just say insert it

Okay so, my playstation has been working fine until 2 days ago, i played rdr2 and then went to sleep, i awoke to find my playstation was taking too long to turn on, then i tried to play rdr2 and the disk was in, but said it wasnt, i also dont have internet. Any ideas to fix?
