accidental change of screen resolution from 960 to 1080 developer mode

apps do not work due to screen resolution resolution change, wording is very small and appears reduction of phone screen to 1/3rd of screen… have tried recovery mode and cannot install update or firmware from SD card. can not sorft or hard reset. pls help
