Seems like the switch is dead, or just has a broken chip, from the details given, I would check the video chips and the LCD before you replace it.

By those i mean what the chips which produce the video?
To my dismay, I couldn't find any info on the chip, but the iFixit Teardown of the device shows the chips on the motherboard, you might be able to find it here. 任天堂 Switch 拆解
