Is my Artisan 1430 dead?

After working reliably for more than 3 years it has had a seizure. The “on” button lights briefly followed by some low sounds (dull clicks) and a quick flash of one of the wi/fi lights than nothing. Over and over…….I’ve opened and closed all hatches, plugged and unplugged, moved printer to a different house plug (at insistence of Epson tech), looked for reset buttons. I am now in Mexico and there don’t seem to be any repair sites locally. I’m kind of “old school” and would rather repair and fix a worthy piece of technology albeit 3-4 years old rather than buy another.
