Can I fix RT and RB triggers

They do bumper assemblies available in parts for above controller. With some time a repair would be possible. Issue is I dont have a xbox anymore otherwise I'd walk you through it.

Best advice is keep your phone with you and tale pictures everytime you pull out a different part just ao you can put everything back together wothout difficulty.
