My laptop runs bad when I download or install anything.

My problem: When i download in torrent or in browser or installing anything, my GAMING laptop runs bad. This are the symptoms: The cursor runs in lag, the sound is intrerupt for few secounds again and again, and all my laptop runs bad. I note: I have all updates up to date (Windows 10 Pro build 1809), all my drivers are installed and up to date, my laptop is very protected of viruses, periodic defragmented and the disk is cleaned up. This is my sistem: Intel Core I7 4710HQ 2.50 Ghz - 3.50 haswell 6MB Cache, nVIDIA GeForce 860m 4 GB Maxwell, 16 GB RAM dual channel DDR3 1600 Mhz, HDD 1 TB (930 GB), SSD 256 GB, Windows 10 Pro build 1809. My laptop is periodic cleanned up of dust. Thanks for your attention and help.
