MacBook Pro lost piece
Hi,
after changing my hard drive in my MacBook pro mid 2012 for an SSD, I found a piece and I don’t know where this piece go into my macbook. Does anyone know where this piece go ? See image of the piece.

What you have is either the backside of the foot you lost!

It appears to be a rubber grommet. I honestly don’t know where that came from, but if your MacBook is running fine without it, just throw it away. Test the CD/DVD drive, and benchmark the MacBook (To put it under pressure).
If something starts rattling, you found the place where that piece goes.
