So i turn it on ans there are red streaks sometimes yellow and anywhere from after 5seconds of turning it on or even up to 15 minutes of turning it on the screen starts moving images from side to side or up and down please help me please

Its the screens fault it needs to be replaced.

So even if my phone screen has cracks i should be able to just replace the glass and it will work again correctly?
