The bass seems to be too high on my unit, what can I do to fix this?

The bass in my UE Wonderboom seems to be to too high (it buzzes and doesn’t make the bass blend in with the music when playing).

Is my speaker faulty but does anyone know what to do?

I’m not a tech expert I literally know nothing but I looked up rattling speaker and it sounds like that, if that helps you understand.

Also if you are wondering I didn’t drop it, I haven’t even put it in water even though it is mean’t to waterproof.

It came like that. Please help!!

Should I just take into the store and ask or just say its faulty and ask for another one?

What are you using as your music source? Sometimes you can adjust the tone within it.

If not, see if lowering the volume helps. If that doesn’t then you should try a second unit. Sometimes we push speakers beyond what they can offer. Smaller speakers just can’t ofter the volume or full tonal range as the speaker diaphragm/s are just to limited in number and size.

Thank you for helping but:

1. My friend played the exact same songs on her wonderboom and it sounded perfect (which is why I think mine is faulty)

2. I don't get what any of this means

OK, thats good and bad! As you had a second one to compare you know the limits of the speaker. As yours sounds differently you clearly have a defective unit. Time to contact UE for an exchange or if your local store where you bought it is able to offer the exchange do that.
