S7 can't call or text . Can use provider's internet.

The phone has a good signal not on airplane mode . internet works but when I try to make a phone call the internet goes off I can then restart the phone and the internet service will start a good signal come back up. Every time I try to make a call it says out of service area but the internet works in that area and I still have a good phone signal. Could have gotten the phone wet messed up the motherboard is there a separate antenna for the phone versus the internet
