Error with repaired logic board

So, my logic board died again on my 2011 mbp 15” and of course Apple is just done with them.

So, stupidly, I sent it to be repaired by PowerBook Medic instead of just buying one here.

Anyway, I installed my “repaired board and it started right up… and then gave me this message I was able to take a pic of.

I reset the smc, but the error came right back… then while I was looking on my phone for a solution to the error, the screen went black and started beeping..

3 beeps actually, over and over. So I’m think Ram. I tried one slot at a time and I was able to start it back up to the same error message.

Not it just stays black and beeps.

Any thoughts?

Are you able to boot into the drive menu by holding the option key?

No, soon as you hit the power button it starts it’s 3-beep sequence
