Can you tell us what you have for drive storage is it an HDD or an SSD as well as its size and how much free space it has. Also, how much RAM do you have in your system presently.

Fans are there to keep your computer’s CPU cool, but they need to be installed correctly in order to do it well. If your computer only worked when your fan was throttled, then the CPU cooler may have worked its way loose and now the fan has to work twice as hard. This may also be why it worked better in Chrome then in your video/audio editing applications - because Chrome needs less CPU power and thus less fan power. The fan works best with small work loads.

The fan may not throttle anymore because it is burnt out from being overworked. The computer may need a new CPU cooling assembly now.

is it possible if i change the thermal paste? because my friend once told me but he is a windows user so he's not pretty sure about that too, thanks for the advice btw

Changing the thermal paste is an excellent idea and may fix the issue. Then you can make sure that the heat sink and fan are installed securely. If this doesn't work, then changing the cooling assembly is a good next step.

There are other causes!

Before you do anything which could make things worse! Please tell us your drive storage is it an HDD or an SSD as well as its size and how much free space it has. Also, how much RAM do you have in your system presently.

i used ssd and hdd, ssd as a main and hdd as a storage, im using samsung ssd 250 gb and the hdd is toshiba 1 TB, the free space is low at that time but now it stays between 100-150gb. For RAM i use corsair 8gb x 2

OK, If I understand correctly your SSD is your boot drive. Given your application usage Adobe After Effects I'm suspecting your SSD is over worked and is needing to do quite a bit of wear leveling and garbage collection. Both actions will stress your system and more so if you still have the original HD SATA cable this system came with.

So you first need to replace the MacBook Pro 13" Unibody (Mid 2012) Hard Drive Cable As the original was only rated for SATA II (3.0 Gb/s) drives not SATA III (6.0 Gb/s). You also need to replace your current SSD to a much larger one. I would go with at least a 512 GB, If you can I would go all the way up to a 1 TB. After Effects uses a lot of RAM but it also uses quite a lot of storage space as well with its scratch space. The larger the work the larger the space you need.

Here's the guide you'll need to follow MacBook Pro 13" Unibody 中期2012 硬盘线缆替换 in addition to replacing the cable you want to place a strip of electricians tape on the uppercase where the cable crosses over to help protect it. The last issue is the folds, you don't want to crease the cable as that damages it. You want to form an arc using a ballpoint pens ink straw to roll the bend.
