Why will my phone not charge even if the lighting bolt is visible?

Hey, i’ve had the phone since new, never been smashed damaged ect ect. Just the last few days charging has been temperamental. However, my device will not charge anymore even with different cable and plugs ect ect. This is weird as the ‘lightning bolt’ shows up when plugged in. Ive tried cleaning the port too but no help. Any suggestions?

Also the phone is usb type c, and when i refer to the ‘lightning bolt’ i mean the phone shows that it is charging
