Display doesn't work T-PRIV 3

Hi,

Today my cigarette decided not to display anything on the screen. I don’t know what happened, yesterday everything was fine, but today the cigarette seems like has an other firmware - I turn it off by clicking 5 times instead of going to menu, also the menu doesn’t seem to work. I tried searching for the solutions and I want to upgrade (reinstall) the firmware (I already have the .hex file), but the problem is I cannot find any programming tool for it. Also after plugging it in to the PC, the PC doesn’t find that USB device…

Can someone help me and link that software?
