Front camera flex cable issue

While removing the flex cable with heat the cable separated (not broken) from the other part. It had a little bit of glue. Between both sides it has tiny pins that I guess are supposed to be in contact to work. Camera works but proximity sensor not aswell as the speaker. Please let me know if there is no way to put it back together or I'm better of getting a new flex. Thanks in advanced.

You could potentially solder the two ends together but the risk is that traces were torn when it broke. When considering the cost of the flex, it’s better just to replace it.
