It is likely a issue of GPU (try to disable GPU acceleration) or, a Browser issue which might need to update. Try opening the YouTube videos on another browser, as reported here. Other potential issues may be: Cookies/cache, browser plugins. These also could be the cause, if the videos play on another browser.
