Ps4 cannot start, attach USB... etc

Hi there, I have an issue with my hard drive. Ps4 cannot start, attach USB... I would like to recover the data and might as well upgrade my hard drive.

I shut it down properly as I always do the night before then the next day after turning it on, the ps4 logo appears then screen goes black for awhile. I think there’s a problem with the internet as my connection is tampered with so I unplug it then plug it back in. It starts up and tries to do what looks like a rebuild data base operation then stops at roughly 24- 26% then Cannot start PS4, connect USB with 6.20 or later etc

I have tried all options in the safe mode menu except the last two, there’s gaming clips I would like to try save of my bro in laws idle minions trying to harass and bully me online that I intend to forward to the police.

i have also come across websites claiming I can retrieve data from ps4 hard drive with their software by connecting it to a pc, has any one been successful?

Any help would be appreciated.
