Is any way to turn it off without the screen or home button
my alarm keeps going off and i can only press snooze,

Yep, take the two screws covering the battery and charging port connector then you can disconnect the battery.
Next time leave the battery disconnected when removing or plugging in the screen if it was left plugged in.
