Broken/Dead pixels on my display

My display has this big stripe of dead or broken pixels that I cant get rid of. I have tried leaving dead pixel fixing websites open overnight, and nothing has changed for better or for worse as far as I can tell. From top to bottom its black, blue, then pink. The black part is totally stuck and the pixels don’t update, but the blue and pink areas just seem tinted. By that I mean I can see my mouse when I move it there, but it is either pink or blue depending on where I put it. This is the only monitor I own, so a permanent issue would be a big problem. I attached a picture of the issue, so please get back to me if anyone figures it out.

Does your monitor show a splash screen when you turn it on from the off state? If so, try to see if the vertical line affects the splash screen before the monitor boots fully and shows your Windows desktop. If it is shown during the boot process of the monitor, then it may need to be replaced. If it is not shown during the monitor boot process, then you should try replacing the video cable that connects your PC to your monitor. If the problem was fixed, then it was a faulty cable. If not it may be a software issue (unlikely) and may need further diagnoses, or it could still be a problem with the monitor itself. Hopefully this helps!

I checked and it's the monitor itself. Is there any way I can fix this without replacing anything or getting a new monitor?

It is hard to say. You could still try replacing the cable, but if your pretty certain it's the monitor, then you may need to get a new one. You could also try getting it checked out by a local computer technician.
