Hi there, i need some help, please
I got an iphone 6 plus error -1, I reballed baseband ic 3 times and i also did jumper u1 and v1, after that i tried to restore and update but still error -1 and then i tried to reballed U_WFR_RF, and replaced U_QPOET with a known good donor board, i also replaced U_PMICRF with a donor board, but i still have problem error -1.
What should i do to get this iphone work?

Error -1 is generally Baseband related so the OP is definitely on the right track. However, before replacing all those parts, it would be better to probe the voltage rail outputs from the U_PMICRF. A shorted output line would not necessarily be caused by the U_PMICRF IC but could be caused by bypass capacitors or even the Baseband CPU itself.
The danger when replacing so many IC’s in a short span of time is that there are simply too many variables to continue with successful troubleshooting. You don’t really know if the issue is caused by the rework or the root cause.

I did probe VREG_SMPS1_0V90 Line with diode mode and i got 0.070, but when i took off baseband chip the diode reading mode become normal .563
Is baseband chip broken/defective?

That's certainly what the readings would point to. If the board has been worked on before, from a micro-soldering perspective, then it could be caused by a solder bridge. In that case, I would reball and install the BB again to see if the readings confirm.
Hi Minho, i did reballed BB chip and the diode mode still reading 0.087, could BB chip defective?
I used freeze spray method on VREG_SMPS1_0V90 Line and found out heated on BB chip.
