No sound or video, but backlite is on

Does this occur on all input types?

Do the menu screens work?

Yes, occurs on all inputs.

Menu screen does not work.

I removed the back cover and checked power supply voltages and all appear to be normal.

Backlite does come on.

It’s looking like a mainboard problem.

Here’s a link to the service manual (I think).

It has troubleshooting flowcharts, which may be of some help
