Low GPS Accuracy, no satellites

I’m having issues with getting GPS fix, GPS Diagnostic shows no satellites even when I’m outside. I checked motherboard there are no obvious issues, for sure no water damage. Only thing that seems to be odd is 0.5v reading in diode mode on U_VOX_RF at GNSS antenna line 50_DRX_GPS_LNA_OUT, according to reference diode mode readings this should be OL. Has anyone faced this issue as it seems U_VOX_RF needs replacement as it is GPS/WiFi LNA.
