JBL Flip 3 not turning on but charging

My JBL Flip 3 is not turning on, but charges (battery level lights and power button light turns on - white) when I plug the usb cord. I have tried pressing the power button for 30 seconds and the + and play button but still doesnt work.

This happened while playing music through the speakers. It suddenly turned off and cant turn back on.
