Why is my operating system like that?

i have my windows 7 ultimate OS recently installed this morning. everytime i restart it, it says “no option to boot to” but when i click ctrl+alt+del, it boots up… what should i do??

Some things you can check,

  1. At BIOS settings, ensure that the boot order is set correctly, e.g. HDD as the first priority.
  2. Check your HDD with diagnostic software, e.g. seagate seatools, WD Lifeguard etc.
