Screen replacement gone wrong, possible logic board problem?

I tried to DIY my screen replacement… some of the pins on the LCD connector are bent and now the phone is completely unresponsive. I’ve troubleshot the battery and the screen connectors even testing a screen that works on another phone.

My question is this: should the phone be able to vibrate, make noise, etc., without the LCD plugged in? Does the operation of the entire phone rely on the LCD connector working or is there something else I need to troubleshoot?

Also, if this thing is fried, anyone have a recommendation for a refurbished site? haha.

Thanks for all your help in advance,

Connor (the guy who’s apparently less tech-savy than he thinks)

If it is indeed the screen connectors on the board that were damaged you will need to take it to a reputable local repair shop that does board repairs on iPhones. They can replace the connector for you.
