LG TV won't turn on after reinserting T-Con ribbons?

I have a 55EF9500. It’s a 55” OLED LG TV and I think I broke it.

The LG logo at the bottom lights up when you plug it in. Not all the way, but like it would be if it was sleeping.

The TV had little blue vertical lines all across the screen prior to me attempting to fix it. 

What I tried was, unplugging each of the four cables that come off of what I believe to be the t-con board and powering it on in between each one to see if there was a specific one that caused more of an issue than another. 

After I unplugged the third one, it no longer came back on. I don't know if maybe it is a fuse that needs to be replaced now or what.
