When I replace the black toner I get that it is install wrong. I know

when replace black toner get that is installed wrong. I know that it is in right, so will not print anything. Tried several new toners and got the same massage each time. Color toners work fine. Just bought two hundred dollars worth of toner and replaced all four just to have this happen. Sucks
