Canot not start PS4
When I turn on my PS4, it starts me up in safe mode. It tells me to go to playstation.com and download version 6.20 or higher and I do. It tells me to plug the usb (with the update file) into the PS4. When I do, it loads to 100%, shuts down and tells me to do it all over again, and i’ve already done it several times.
