How to fix. Oil in screen
I dropped my phone in deep fryer got it out pretty quick. Oil mark under screen. Sometime screen changes like it’s being touched or swiped.

Realistically, you will need to replace the screen assembly as any attempts at cleaning out the oil will likely damage the screen or backlight further. While you have the device open, look at the logic board and inner housing to see if there is any oil residue as well. You may need to do a bigger cleanup than expected.
