Does anyone know this diode it says 24 3 C or 3 C 24

I found this diode on short, on a board inside my driver i cant find specs for this which i believe is a Diode

if you have a circuit schematics it would be great....

ZD i suspect is a zener diode

im just guessing ... 24V 3W

but wait for confirmation
