It looks like your only options are to remember the password or reset to factory defaults.

Try to setup the same environment/situation you were in when you changed it. Being in the location, similar scents, etc can assist in memory. Try to remember what you were doing, what you were thinking about, who you talked to at the time. Do you look at objects around you for inspiration for passwords? What was in eyesight at the time? Retrace your steps backwards through your day in as much detail as possible, start a bit after you set the password and work back to that point. (Example; I was in the kitchen getting water, before that I was walking through the dining room and notice some mail on the table, before that I was in the living room sitting on the couch watching the news, before that I was using my tablet and changed my password.)

I know, that isn’t the best help but sometimes you can trigger the memory. We never really forget, but our memories are stored as chains of associations. This is why some of these tricks can work.
