Does the 2018 Mac Mini base ram come as 1x8 GB module or 2x4 GB modules?

If you are sure of this it helps me greatly.
Yes I am 99.9% sure. There are two RAM slots and there should be 1 RAM chip in each slot and there are 8 GB of RAM as base model so I suggest 1 4 GB chip in each slot.
Review the 2018款Mac Mini拆解 Step 6, where you'll see both slots are populated each with a 4 GB modules for a total of 8 GB.
