Just replaced cracked screen and when I turned iPod back on every time I press the screen it has a color bleed issue but it's just on the edges of the screen.
It could be you have bent the LCD. Recheck that the LCD cable is seated correctly. Could be a contact problem. If that does not help it could be you damaged the LCD.
