After batteryreplaement screen error
I have this error after batteryreplaement. Pls help

Do as Scott suggested, re-install the original screen.
If the original screen also does this, then the problem is at the logic board level. You will need to check the condition of the connector and the components in the surrounding area.
If the original screen works fine, then the replacement screen is defective or was damaged.

I dont change the screen, the screen is original. I just change the battery
Sorry Erdal, I guess I misread your question. However, my suggestion stays relatively the same, it is either screen or logic board damage, the only difference is you don't have another screen to test with.
Check the condition of the connector and surrounding area on the board. If that looks good, closely inspect the flex on the screen. If that also looks good, then you most likely damaged the screen during the repair.

Re-seat the screen connector, I guess it didn’t snap on completely.

If the screen is property seated , I would suggest ensuring none of the pins were damaged, also a half lit screen may be a backlight filter requiring soldering. Try the broken screen if it worked to rule out backlight. Battery must be disconnected when working on the device.
