Where is factory reset in recovery mode?

i have a chinese tablet and when i hold down the power key + volume up , for about 5 seconds , chinese recovery mode appears. (by holding volume up key + volume down key + power key noting happens) and there is no factory reset option there even in chinese.

i need to reset factory because i forgat the password .
