Switch Logo Stuck Problem

hi, i have a switch and its stuck on switch logo, i reinstall it using choidujour and have the same problem so i think its a hardware issue.

i replace the m92t36 ic and i have the same issue it stuck on switch logo i check some caps and nothing wrong
