Black shadow from top -1/4th of the screen-Samsung Smart TV UA4D5500

when I switch on my Samsung Smart 40” TV UA4D5500 the picture was good for about 10 mins after that a grey shadow appeared from side top and covered to the right. Please help me to solve this problem. Attaching the video of the problem. Sorry there was no option to choose the correct device..
