Constant Kernel Panics Even in Recovery Mode and installing MacOS

My Mac were working smoothly since last 3 years and since I installed Mojave on it, it started giving constant kernel panics.

Solutions I Tried

  • Reinstalling OSX
  • Restoring factory defaults and installing base OSX (Yosemite)
  • Fresh OSX Install by completely erasing hard drive
  • Reseting NVRAM
  • Safe Mode
  • And other possible solutions I have tried.

I also had so many panic during internet recovery.

However sometime my Mac works well for several hours in row even 8-10 hours but sometimes it really start acting crazy and gives constant panics.

I have download Mojave OS on different Mac and created Bootable USB then I able to install it after many errors and restarts.

I finally installed new copy of Mojave but I still get Kernel Panic frequently. Please provide solution to this.

Have you tried completely erasing the hard drive, the recovery partition and all and then starting with a fresh install of OS X?

Have you run the hardware diagnostics yet (press D key at bootup)? Also try running Memtest for Mac.

Another troubleshooting step to try is install macOS onto an external hard drive and boot from it. It will be slow, but you can eliminate SSD problems if you get the kernel panics running from an external drive.
