Apple Watch series 1 won’t turn on after replacing battery

I replaced my battery and the seal around the watch lost stickiness so I had to get a new one and when I went to put it all back together the watch showed some fuzzy lines so I decided to unplug and re plug in the screen and now it doesn’t show any thing.
