What I always say is if it isn’t on eBay it probably doesn’t exist! If you can’t find the precise part number sarch for HP Stream 11-d020nr spares and you may find a vendor you could message to see if he could supply it. Alternatively, search for another laptop of the same model offered as “spares or repair” but with a different fault, from which you could cannibalise the required part.

What does the cable do?
It might be easier to find if its' function is known e.g. display cable, keyboard cable etc?
