* Ran diagnostics - found no hardware issues reported
* Reset SMC and NVRAM
* Tried booting off of a bootable USB disk with High Sierra
* Tried booting into Recovery Mode and choosing hard disk for start up..
* Internet recovery mode but went no-where
* Don’t see OS X Utilities windows when in recover mode, after selecting a disk
* White ribbon under the apple logo runs all the way to 80 - 90% and the laptop reboots. Sometimes, in multi-language page, says it has encountered a problem and asks for a key to be pressed to continue. Then goes through this loop over and over.
I did the following in vain:

* Tried booting off of a bootable USB disk with High Sierra
* Tried booting into Recovery Mode and choosing hard disk for start up..
* Internet recovery mode but went no-where

Please help.
