Smart hard disk error
It's saying I need to insert disk driver. Can I download it via USB otg threw my phone then insert it on laptop to fix it?. Or is there another way or link?

can you provide an image of the error?
if your hard drive is flagged with S.M.A.R.T. Errors it means it will fail anytime soon on the future. If the Hard drive is not recognized as storing an operating system you should replace your hard drive and reinstall the operative system.
