So I have a 2010 MacBook Pro unibody 13 a startup a gray Apple logo comes out loading but then black with white X comes out turns off and turn back on again over and over or sometimes they'll be a white screen with a circle and a slash in the middle
Tried posting a pic but it goes to Prohibitory symbol sometimes
no luck but yeah any help pls

OK, so you have a kernel crash! Your drive needs attention! Do you have access to a second Mac system? If you do you have two directions you can use Target Disk Mode to connect the two system back to back or you can use the other Mac to prep up a USB thumb drive as a bootable OS installer drive as you’ll need to re-install your OS.
Try that first, if that fails you’ll need to wipe the drive using Disk Utility and re-install the OS that should fix it.
