Hello, i was working on my iphone 6s and i found that this 2 capacitors near 338S1285 audio ic are missing .
(x1072; x1073)
OR
Can that be the problem with the loudspeaker greyed out and no volume bar when volume buttons are pressed? I think one of them connects to the audio chip.
It would be awesome if you can tell me their values!

EDIT: As i can see from the second photo i uploaded, this aren`t capacitors aren`t they?

As Daniel notes, these are filters, not capacitors. Because of this, their absence would certainly cause issues with any circuit. However, FL3803/FL3804, as indicated, are responsible for the Arc circuit (Taptic Engine). By now, you have probably noticed that both the ARC and Speaker circuit use the same IC (CS35L21). U3800 is the Arc Driver and U3700 is the Speaker Amp.
